Refund Policy

1. Subscription Refunds
Subscription fees paid to PhysioApp are generally non-refundable. However, we may consider refunds in exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis. Refund decisions are at our sole discretion.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the subscription purchase. To be eligible for a refund, you must:
- Submit a written request explaining the reason for the refund
- Not have used the premium features extensively
- Have a valid reason that falls under our refund criteria
- Provide proof of purchase and transaction details
Valid reasons for refunds include:
- Technical issues preventing access to services
- Duplicate or accidental purchases
- Service unavailability due to platform errors
3. Processing Time
If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 10-15 business days to your original payment method. The exact time may vary depending on your payment provider.
4. Consultation Fees
Consultation fees paid directly to providers are not handled by PhysioApp. Any disputes regarding consultation fees should be resolved directly with the provider. We act only as a platform connecting patients with providers.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
- Subscription fees after the 7-day refund period
- Consultation fees paid to providers
- Processing fees or transaction charges
- Services already used or consumed
6. Refund Request Process
To request a refund:
- Send an email to support@physioapp.com
- Include your subscription details and transaction ID
- Explain the reason for your refund request
- Attach any relevant documentation or proof
We will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days.
